Confirm your insurance coverage. If hosting 100+ guests or an evening event, arrange security through your LINT production coordinator. Plan for street parking or use the paid parking lot onsite managed by JAZ Parking. WiFi password will be provided upon arrival.
Our front entrance is at 418 Venice Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015. For deliveries or elevator access, use 1611 S Hope Street, Ste G. Easy access via Metro, car, or bike. Convention Center is a 10–15 minute walk.
A site representative will be available to assist with technical support, access, and any questions. Load-in and setup times are included in your package. Feel free to use the full kitchen, climate control, and all onsite amenities.
We handle all cleaning. You just need to arrange removal of any decor or materials you brought in. Load-out access and support are included in your booking.
Noise levels must be kept reasonable. No sound after midnight on weekdays, 2 AM on weekends. Events are drug-free environments. No unauthorized exterior signage or projections. Respect neighboring tenants. Any damage is the renter's responsibility.
