How quickly can we book?

Most events can be confirmed within 24 hours. For dates within the next week, we can often confirm same-day.

What's included in the rental?

All packages include the space, furniture, lighting, sound (Packages B & C), event staff, and cleanup. Just bring your catering and guests.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Absolutely! Use any licensed caterer, or we can connect you with our preferred partners who know the space well.

What if we need to cancel?

Cancellations made 28+ days in advance receive a full refund. 11–27 days: 50% refund. Less than 10 days: credit toward future booking.

Do you offer site tours?

Yes! In-person tours Mon–Fri, or virtual walkthroughs via video call. Tours take 15–20 minutes.

Is parking available?

Street parking plus several paid lots within 2 minutes. For Package C events, parking coordination is provided.
